Home Visits
Storks Midwives are able to visit you in the convenience and privacy of your own home from the very start of your pregnancy right through to the early days with your baby.
These visits are offered as an addition to your routine care that you receive* with the NHS.
Consultations are more relaxed and you choose the length of time and frequency of visits that are right for your needs.
You may also choose to have a home visit when your partner or family are at home, so that they can share the experience.
Additional charges may be made for travel and mileage if you live more than 20 miles from our base in Maidenhead.
(*If you are not entitled to care under the NHS, we are able to offer total ante and postnatal care and also to arrange the delivery of your baby at the hospital of your choice. Please call us to ask for details)
